These terms of service (ToS) allow you to access Neil's Newsletters as provided and owned by Troy Pictures Inc. Abusive language will get the author blocked and removed from access to the newsletter. Any strategies followed by the reader that are laid out by the author of Neil's Newsletter, are done so by their own accord and the subscriber agrees that the success or failure of that strategy is strictly up to the subscribers will to implement it and therefore the subscriber does not hold the author of Neil's Newsletter liable for any negative outcome. Your personal information will only be used by Troy Pictures Inc. and will not be sold to any third party. Troy Pictures Inc. is owned by Neil Schell of which he is President.
